I love it when my Mama puts me to bed. She hugs me and whispers to me “I love you Ming Ming!” Then she nuzzles my hair and kisses my forehead. ???

My Papa said, “Orh! That’s how you do it!! I’ll do the same thing!”

Sigh! That’s where the problem starts. My Papa doesn’t like to shave on weekends. When he nuzzles me, I feel like he’s trying to exfoliate my face. I told him, “nooo! I don’t need exfoliation!!” And he thinks I’m enjoying it. And nuzzles more!! ? Someone, save me!!!

The photographer needs to brush up on his skills! No one takes photos from that angle!! You need to take it from top down so that my face looks slimmer and more ham ham!!

Finally I managed to get my hands on a phone. Time to update my blog.

Chinese New Year is such a busy time. I swear the number of people I’ve seen today is more than the number I’ve seen in the last 364 days in total!!

I’m definitely Mr Popular. I keep being passed around like I’m some kind of Christmas present!

Or maybe I’m a star?! I’m being photographed with every single person. Everyone wants my picture. But why didn’t anyone ask me for my autograph??? Next time can sell for money leh!!

Eh excuse me, another fan wants to be photographed with me. Bbl. *cheese!!* *flashes my 2 bottom baby teeth*

And everytime I kiss someone, take a photo with someone, smile at someone, my Mama collects a red envelop. See! So many! Can you imagine how many kisses and smiles I have to dish out??

It’s so tiring to be a cute baby. So much work to do. Sigh..! 可爱真是累人！

Ming Ming’s Diary – My First Lou Hei

Massive backlog on my diary… What to do… Small fingers I have. It takes me very long to blog a post. Please bear with me!

Yesterday evening I had my first Lo hei!!

But I was too tired to Dayre about it. My normal bedtime is at 630pm. By the time Mama and Papa brought me home, it was almost 9pm. And me?? I was already in Lala land.

When I heard we were going for a Lo hei I was expecting something black (黑黑）but it was so colourful.

The waiter was chanting some prayers as he poured the ingredients onto the plates. I saw his ???splatter into the Lo hei. Eeeks! So I didn’t eat any, smart baby I am.

Then all the adults used their chopsticks to toss everything and more chanting and more saliva!!! ?

Ah..! Now I know. That’s Lo hei!!!

My Jie Jie said her fruits tasted better than the Lo hei. There she was. Eating the fruits.

Pretty babe right? I’m so proud of her. Anyone who wants to date her will have to go through me!!!

Let me see…. I like to drink milk!! Lots of milk. You will need to bribe me with milk then maybe I’ll consider introducing her to you. ?

And me? Haiz. I forgot to bring food. 1st time at the reunion dinner. So noob. Next time I’ll remember to bring my own food like my Jie Jie.

I can only play with my limited edition toy car.

I got bored with my toy car after a while. Hey! Adults take so long to eat their food. Sheesh!!

I had to walk around on the chairs and remind everyone to hurry up!! It’s past Ming Ming’s bedtime. Omg!!! It was way way past!! Hey I need to sleep so that my brain can develop!!! You are making my iq drop by a few notches!!!

Why is your mouth so small?? Like a guppy?? Open it bigger!!! Like this!! RAWR!! Eat faster!!!

I need to go home for my princely sleep. *yawn*

A not so good morning *sniff sniff* I’m still having a running away nose and am still sick.

I feel like ?. And I didn’t sleep last night. See my bleary eyes. I’m so sad that I missed school today. I was so looking forward to it. I hope the babes don’t miss me too much. I won’t be there to serenade them under the stars and catch bubbles for them. Sigh! How I hate being sick. It sux big time!

My last selfie looked awful?? Of course! I’m sick!! Ok ok I must look good even though I’m sick. Here’s another selfie. Blurry? I haven’t had my breaky yet, that’s why.

Hmmm… I still need to keep up with my physical exercise although I can’t go to school. That horrible Gregory at school laughed at my moobs. ? he said he’s going to seduce all my gorgeous girlfriends from me. How dare he!! I’m just not tall enough for my weight. I’m not the fat kind of fat! ?

Here I go, on my green exercise towel. Look! 6 pack abs!

There! I’ve done it! Toe in mouth!! Wonderful yoga skill! I’m really good! But I must be humble, hehe, not too much praise please.

Let me tell you a secret.. My Papa can’t do this. He sat on the floor and stretched and stretched and his fingers only reached his knees… max! Papa claims that he’s too tall, that’s why! Me thinks it’s his tummy that’s getting in his way. Don’t worry. Papa doesn’t read my blog. He doesn’t even have a Facebook account! Blogging is too advanced for him!!

Ming Ming’s Diary – The Sick (me) and the Elderly (Jiu Jiu)

Good day everyone! Did anyone miss me because I didn’t post yesterday?? Awww..! I miss all of you too. I sneezed a lot, had a running nose (I don’t know why it’s running away. But it must have changed its mind because it’s still on my face.), and tearing eyes.

I conked out yesterday. My nose is still running away, I’ve tied it down with a tissue paper. So I won’t lose it!

I called my Jiu Jiu (uncle) this morning to tell him that I’ll be visiting him. He’s been sick sick with a big cut on his neck. I think water leaks from it when he drinks. You know, sometimes when I drink water, and I don’t close my mouth properly, water dribbles out and wets my shirt. Poor Jiu Jiu.

Mama lent me her phone to take Jiu Jiu’s photos. The doctor sewed him up like a piece of cloth. Check it out!! There’s still thread sticking out.

That’s me, taking my afternoon nap. Mama says, I need to sleep so that my nose will stop running away.

I don’t understand why Mama always bundles me up in the blanket like I’m a piece of salted fish. C’mon! Do I look like salted fish to you?! ?

So when everyone’s asleep, I’ll move my fat legs out of the blanket. See! So fair! I need more sun!!

Nooo!! Why did you call me white chicken!!!! I ain’t no chicken!!! ??? I’m a dragon!!’ RAWR!!!

Hey dude! Don’t I look cool? I tugged half my buttons off while Mama was getting Jie Jie ready for school.

She turned around and exclaimed, “Aiyo! Ming Ming! You look like a Sam Seng!!!”

What’s a Sam seng? It must be some singlish slang for hamsum.

Huh? I have moobs and a paunch?? I’m not some dirty old uncle. These are hidden muscles, the potential beneath, yet to be unleashed.

I’m a baby! Babies are meant to be cuddly!!! So these are my cuddles!!!

Too cute for words?? Aww..!! Ok ok. I’ll dress up. Wouldn’t want my cuddles to be pinched. It’s already bad enough that strange aunties pinch my cheeks everyday and exclaim, “so cute…!!” Can’t they just say it without pinching??

Ssshh! Let me finish reading my book first. I’m reading ahead so that I can go to school and impress the babes with my profound vocabulary. It’s important to be learned and Sam Seng (singlish for hamsum ya??) at the same time.

My flight training started this morning! I hope that I can pick it up before school this morning. ☺️
